Return & Refund Policy

At ScubaRepair.com, we are committed to providing professional scuba equipment service, repair, inspection, and maintenance solutions. Due to the specialized nature of our work, the following Return & Refund Policy applies to all products and services.


Service Work & Repairs

All service labor, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance work performed by ScubaRepair.com are non-refundable once work has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Regulator service and repair
  • BCD service and repair
  • Drysuit inspections and repairs
  • Cylinder inspections
  • Compressor service
  • Battery replacements
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair
  • Cleaning and restoration services
  • Manufacturer-level repair work

Customers are responsible for reviewing estimates and approving work prior to service completion.


Warranty on Service Work

ScubaRepair.com stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

If you believe there is an issue related directly to service performed by our technicians, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your equipment.

Warranty consideration does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Customer misuse or improper assembly
  • Damage caused by corrosion, contamination, impact, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Pre-existing equipment conditions
  • Manufacturer defects unrelated to service performed

All warranty evaluations are performed at the sole discretion of ScubaRepair.com technicians.


Parts & Product Returns

Unused and unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to approval.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase
  • Be in resalable condition

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or used service parts
  • Oxygen-cleaned products once opened or installed
  • Special-order products
  • Custom-built assemblies
  • Electronic components
  • Batteries
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards

A restocking fee may apply to approved returns.


Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, warranty evaluations, and service shipments unless otherwise authorized in writing by ScubaRepair.com.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods. ScubaRepair.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.


Estimates & Unclaimed Equipment

Repair estimates may be subject to diagnostic fees.

Equipment left unclaimed for more than 90 days after notification of completion may be considered abandoned property and subject to disposal, resale, or recycling to recover incurred costs, where permitted by law.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

Shipping charges, rush fees, inspection fees, and completed labor charges are non-refundable.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for inspecting all equipment upon return and prior to use.

Scuba equipment should only be used by properly trained and certified individuals following manufacturer recommendations and safe diving practices.
